Do i qualify for the post 911 gi bill?

I have been in the army going on 5 years. when I enlisted i signed up for the student loan repayment program. since then, they have paid all of my previous loans it was around 60000. when I came in the post 911 gi bill was not in affect, in order to get the mont. gi bill you had to pay 100 a month for a year. since they revamped the 911 gi bill they said everyone qualifies. I was just wondering if i qualified even though i had the repayment program and i have used tuition assistance for my masters degree.
