What do I need for high school?

I need to totally revamp my wardrobe for ninth grade. I don't have a budget, but I can't spend too much. I need examples of what to get and the right amount I need. My style is sort of vintage and girly and soft, and i'm not into Abercrombie/Hollister and all that. I like dressing fashionably, but not the same as everyone else. I'm like 5'6", tan skin, very skinny, olive green eyes. I'm sorta curvy, and i wear a B cup bra, if that helps. So if you can give me basics, fun stuff, and accesories. thanks!! (:
