yeahh you can have them placed over the damaged ones. or you can just wait for the damaged part to grow out and then have them back to normal ? try buffing your nails and putting clear strengthening coats over them it makes them not fold back and brings them back to normal

'99 Hyundai Lantra Sports-wagon is having trouble starting.?

The car was having trouble for a few weeks, on and off. Most of the time it would start fine but sometimes it would take a while to start. The engine would still crank normally and it'll sound like it's almost firing but doesn't for about a minute or so. It slowly happened more often until the other day when it just wouldn't start at all. The engine still cranks but with a difference this time. Every couple of seconds when you've got the key turned, cranking the engine, it will make a popping kind of sound from the exhaust area (not loud) and would stop cranking instantly, and then start cranking again only a second later. I'd crank the engine for about 2 minutes and it does the popping sound like maybe 15 - 20 times in that 2 minutes. Also when I go to the rear of the car, the smell of petrol is pretty strong. Just not sure if it's not getting the fuel, air or both. Or if it's the spark possibly. Anyone else had this issue with this car or know anything about these symptoms. I'm really quite broke and desperate for a break from this. I'd just finished spending over $1000 on my partners car. :-(

ermm im 15 i attempted hanging with my penis. put a towel over it erected lifted the towel. then few weeks later just found myself not wanting to masterbate. i thought i was just havin a mental thing but when i tried to masterbate my penis had a thick blue vein up the side of it and a green one on the top. also i cant get a full erection it can be bent easily. if i stop for a minute i lose erection. i can still ejaculate but when i do my penis still isnt the hardest it can be.i dont really want to see a doctor if i dont need to. can anyone explain what ive done and what i need to do to treat it please thanks.

Should the war powers act be revamped?

absolutely...much in the US system needs to be revamped...but the power of war should absolutely not lay in the lap of any one individual. especially in a republic which the US claims to be. the problem is...well...one of the many problems is that the American people never know all, or even a significant amount of information, about any particular circumstance in world affairs...if ourGov throught popular Media were to give us the correct information, it should be up to the people if we engage in a conflict or not...the constitution was designed to leave large scale decisions like that up to the people...not one man, especially one with a private agenda...

Knee problems!!!??!!?

Well the other day after I had played basketball as I was going to sit down my left knee joint or bone or something popped out of place then back in real fast I was in pain for about 2 minutes then the pain stopped but I hear it creaking and cracking when I bent it. This is like 6th time this has happened in 4-5 about 7 weeks apart. I really want to go see a doctor about this because I will be dancing all summer but my mom thinks nothing is wrong so she won't take me. Wat do u think is wrong and what I should do??
