Where can I get a Volvo converted to CNG in the greater DC area?

Selling the 94 Honda Accord and buying a Volvo wagon with rear-facing seats. Looking for a CNG conversion mechanic shop in DC, VA, MD. Also I live in MD, so safety and emissions are more strict than DC. Thanks!
